BOMA Miami-Dade was proud to participate in the 2026 BOMA Southern Region Conference, hosted by BOMA Nashville from April 23–25 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.
Bringing together commercial real estate professionals from 16 federated BOMA associations across the Southeast, the conference featured industry education, leadership development, networking, and the prestigious Southern Region TOBY® Awards competition—recognizing top-performing properties and management teams across the region.
Following the local TOBY® Choice Awards Gala in Miami-Dade, several outstanding South Florida properties advanced to compete at the regional level against top buildings from across the Southern United States.
