On February 27, 2026, BOMA Miami-Dade brought together the commercial real estate community for the 2025–2026 TOBY® Choice Awards Gala—an evening dedicated to recognizing the buildings, teams, and professionals setting the standard for excellence across the market.
Held at Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, this year’s theme, A Captain’s Gala: Anchored in Excellence, paid tribute to the individuals who lead their properties with focus, resilience, and precision.
